MXGRAY CO. & ASSOCIATES is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how and when we collect, use, and share information when you join our community, contact us, or otherwise use our services through website or its related sites and services.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that we do not own or control, such as payment processing agencies. We currently use Stripe and you may visit their website to review their Privacy Policies (https://stripe.com)


INFORMATION WE COLLECT

To join our community, sign up for email alerts, or to make a purchase you must provide certain information – such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information. You may also choose to provide us with additional personal information if you contact us directly.

As needed to provide our services, such as when we use your information to enroll you in our membership services or to provide customer support.


You are providing your affirmative consent when you sign up for membership, which adds you to our exclusive community emailing list and other methods of direct communication. You may revoke consent at any time.

Information about our customers is important to our business. we share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and as described in our Privacy Policy. However, we may also be required to retain this information to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. We generally keep your data for approximately 5 years.

We may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, we may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If we are deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, we would rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us via the company email address that was provided to you upon enrolment.


Change, restrict, delete. You may also have the right to change, restrict our use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (e.g., if we are required to store data for legal reasons) we will generally delete your personal information upon request.


Object. You can object to 1) our processing of some of your information based on our legitimate interests and 2) receiving marketing messages from us after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, we will delete your personal information, unless we have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.


Complaint. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about our use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.


SECURITY AND PROTECTING YOUR INFORMATION

To protect your personal data and information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed. If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with an AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on our website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it. If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
